The townhouse

Home comforts, resort next door.

Livin' the Dream is a two-storey townhouse in the gated Terra Verde community. The parks are about ten minutes away. The resort itself stays quiet: lake, palms, and a clubhouse you can walk to in under a minute.

The main floor is one open room for living, dining, and cooking, with a laundry and a half bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms.

South court

Screened, sunny, and on the water.

Patio doors off the living room open into a private screened courtyard that faces south onto the lake. Deep seats, lounge chairs, and a heated spa, with the bugs kept on the other side of the screen.

Step out of the court and the clubhouse and heated resort pool are less than fifty feet away.

Terra Verde

The pool is a one-minute walk.

The heated clubhouse pool, fitness room, and game room belong to the resort. Shuffleboard is about forty feet from the villa. A management company looks after the house and is available to guests all day and night.

The grounds

The heated pool, a poolside bar, hammocks on the lake, and a playground all sit with the clubhouse, about a minute from the house.

Parks close. The lake closer.

The house sits near the theme parks and on the water. Old Town and Walt Disney World Resort are the usual reasons people come. If you want a slower hour, the lake is outside the screen.
